CHOUAL Terms of Use

These terms govern use of CHOUAL websites, applications, training tools, AI-assisted features and related services.

Fitness scope

CHOUAL provides general fitness, training, recovery and nutrition-support information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, emergency care or individualized medical treatment. Stop an activity and seek appropriate professional help for concerning symptoms or injuries.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for providing accurate information. Do not share access in a way that bypasses CHOUAL membership controls or misuse owner-only functions.

Subscriptions

Paid features are available according to the plan and purchase channel shown at checkout. Store subscriptions are also subject to Apple App Store or Google Play terms. Cancellation does not retroactively erase charges already validly incurred.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to compromise CHOUAL systems, evade access controls, falsify competitive activity, scrape protected content at scale, or use CHOUAL to harm another person.

Content and intellectual property

CHOUAL branding, software, designs, demonstrations, training content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to CHOUAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. A CHOUAL account grants personal use of the service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or its content.

Service changes

CHOUAL may improve, replace or discontinue features as the product develops. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve member data and paid access when making material platform changes.

Account deletion

You can initiate account deletion from CHOUAL Preferences → Privacy and Data or use the public deletion resource at choual.ca/delete-account.
