Delete your CHOUAL account

CHOUAL lets you initiate permanent account deletion from the account controls inside the app. Account deletion removes your CHOUAL authentication account and associated personal app data except information CHOUAL is legally required to retain.

Delete while signed in

Open CHOUAL, go to Preferences → Privacy and Data, and use the account deletion control. You will be asked to confirm the email address on the account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address connected to your CHOUAL account. Support may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting a CHOUAL account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must also be cancelled through the store account that purchased them. Web subscriptions can be managed through CHOUAL billing controls once web billing is active.
